Most agents earn only when they close. HybridShare creates a second income stream — paid monthly — from the production of agents in your network. It's available exclusively on the Brokerage Partner plan.

How HybridShare Works

Enroll via Brokerage Partner

When you choose the Brokerage Partner comp plan (80/20 split), you are automatically enrolled in HybridShare. No separate signup required.

Your Network Produces

Every time an agent in your network closes a deal, LPT retains 20% as the company dollar. A percentage of that company dollar is paid to you as revenue share.

7 Tiers of Depth

You earn across seven tiers — not just from the agents you personally recruit, but from agents they recruit, and so on down to Tier 7.

Important: HybridShare is NOT taken from your recruit's commission. It comes from LPT Realty's retained company dollar. Your recruits keep their full split. Revenue share survives retirement as long as you maintain an active real estate license with LPT. [VERIFY]

What agents ask most about HybridShare.

Does HybridShare come out of my recruit's commission?
No. HybridShare is paid from LPT Realty's retained company dollar — the 20% that LPT keeps on the Brokerage Partner split. Your recruits keep their full commission split. Nothing is deducted from their earnings to fund your revenue share.
Do I need to be on Brokerage Partner forever?
No. You can switch plans once per anniversary year. However, switching from Brokerage Partner to Business Builder will pause your HybridShare earnings. Your network stays intact — if you switch back, your revenue share resumes.
Is HybridShare the same as eXp's revenue share?
